Practical AI for organizations
My work combines technical software development and generative AI with organizational analysis and capacity building. It ranges from building OCR/LLM-backed applications and customized AI assistants to helping institutions and companies identify viable uses of AI and develop internal skills.
Software and AI solutions
Design and development of web applications, backend services, AI assistants and workflows for document extraction, multilingual content, summarization and process automation.

AI systems and applications developed
I developed the AIsapiens cloud platform and four document-processing and AI modules. Each application has its own technical description.
AIsapiens SaaS platform
A cloud-based, multi-tenant backend providing secure file handling, asynchronous processing, REST APIs, database persistence and audit logging.
SchedaProdotto
Extraction of information from PDFs and images using OCR and language models, with structured content generation and a processing dashboard.
SchedaProdottoTraduzioni
AI-assisted product content translation across Italian, English, French, German and Spanish, with batch processing and export.
PDFsummarizer
Document upload, OCR-assisted reading, structured summaries, topic extraction, bulk processing and export.
LeggiFatture
Invoice classification and field extraction, including supplier, dates, taxable amounts, VAT and totals, with validation and Excel export.
The four modules were deployed in production on the AIsapiens platform by September 2025.

Private-sector AI Integration, Technology Advisory and Coaching
A three-year agreement signed in March 2025 covers AI integration, initial training, customized workflows and up to 40 coaching hours annually. Bespoke AI development is commissioned separately.

Instructional approach
Training methods and curriculum
The documented presentations cover understanding generative models and their limitations; practical prompting; document reading and production; spreadsheets and business analysis; specialized AI assistants; workflow and API automation; data protection and responsible use. The practical cases are tailored to nonprofit administration, social cooperatives, commercial operations, industrial quality control and project management.
