An AIsapiens document-intelligence module designed to extract and generate product information from uploaded PDFs and images.
Functions and capabilities
- Secure upload in common document and image formats, including PDF, JPG, PNG and TIFF.
- Validation and association of files with a user and client organization.
- Mistral OCR processing, with handling for both scanned and text-based PDF inputs.
- LLM-assisted extraction and content generation using OpenAI.
- Dashboard for tracking job states, viewing extracted text and copying or downloading results.
- Processing metadata, audit logging, caching and automatic cleanup.
Processing workflow
Upload → input validation → OCR or text extraction → LLM content extraction/generation → database persistence → dashboard and downloadable results.

Professional context
This work forms part of my generative AI software development and consulting practice. The AIsapiens platform and four modules were deployed in production by September 2025.
