Client engagement
Through AIsapiens, I entered into a three-year service agreement, signed on 12 March 2025, to assist a private-sector company in Lecco, Italy, with the adoption of generative artificial intelligence. The agreement defines an integrated service of technology advice, structured staff training and sustained organizational coaching.
Contracted scope
- Analysis of company needs and opportunities for AI integration.
- Tailored strategic advice and technology updates.
- Personalization of an existing AIsapiens AI workflow.
- Initial introductory training for client staff.
- Up to 40 hours per year of coaching, targeted training and support, with in-person and remote delivery options.
Related applied AI development
In addition to the agreed coaching services, my wider professional engagement involved the development of ad hoc generative AI solutions for the company’s operational requirements. The baseline coaching contract excludes separately commissioned bespoke software development; individual applications will therefore be described only when their scope and delivery can be evidenced.
Period, evidence and confidentiality
Contract signed: 12 March 2025. Contractual term: three years from signing, subject to the agreement’s termination provisions. Current service status and completed coaching hours remain to be verified. The signed agreement is retained as private supporting evidence; financial provisions and confidential company documentation are not published.
