Programme context
Scena Unita was a support fund established in response to the effects of COVID-19 on Italy’s music sector. The initiative supported more than 1,500 individuals across Italy.
Role and contribution
I served as Team Leader for the Scena Unita fund within CESVI’s COVID-19 emergency and recovery activities.
- Team leadership of a recovery fund operating at national scale.
- Support to a music-sector assistance initiative addressing the impact of pandemic restrictions on individual livelihoods.

Scena Unita formed part of my CESVI Team Leader assignment of May 2020–September 2022.
